So what's the deal?

We start your movement assessment, this helps narrow down where the work needs to be done to get you moving properly

Then we brainstorm about your goals and what a plan will look like based on your life right now, your resources and the time you're able to put into this.

From there we will get you set up on the app, that's where everything happens

In the app you'll find your:

  • your training schedule built around your life
  • your custom training plan and workouts
  • a direct messenger to your coach Mon - Fri 
  • group message to the community and access to live classes and workshops

You'll have bi-weekly check-in calls with your coach to keep you accountable, discuss your workouts and training schedule and review exercise form. Pretty much anything you need to discuss with your coach to keep you on track and loving your program.

*Equipment needed: You will need a mat, a band, dumbbells and a foam roller to get started. If you have more equipment to work with or prefer to go to the gym that's fine too, we will build this program around what you have access to and what you enjoy using.

This program is a 3-month commitment. Cost of the program is $449 USD per month.

Shannon

BKIN
CEP - EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
CSCS - STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, HIGH PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Shannon has spent 10 years working with alpine ski teams as a technical coach and a strength and conditioning coach. She’s well versed on the ins and outs of mountain living, having worked full-time on snow and balancing her own goals of skiing as much as possible outside of work. She has now adapted her knowledge and experience to work with the modern mountain woman. You know the type, if you're reading this, you are the type!

Over the last few years, she notice some recurring themes among her girlfriends and clients. A lack of confidence to do what they love because they felt intimidated. Embarrassed that they couldn’t keep up with the group so they just wouldn’t go for it. We've all been there...

But what she’s found in her own fitness is that the number one thing that dissolved those feelings of insecurity was consistency with training.

She wants that for everyone, because the results that consistency will produce, develops the confidence you need to go further out there in the mountains.

Dania

Dania is a former professional halfpipe and slopestyle skier. She has traveled the world competing in xgames, workd championships, dew tours etc. Through her experiences and accomplishments on hill, she also had many injuries which inspired her to get to know the human body and love the gym. 

Dania combines expert knowledge in fitness, sports conditioning, and performance, with first-hand athletic experience. From training elite athletes to businessmen and women, individual fitness goals, and small groups and teams, Dania's fitness programs will ensure the results you are looking for. 

The primary goal with each fitness program is to conduct a functional, effective, and enjoyable work out plan for every individual need. 

Sarah

Sarah grew up in Colorado, playing various team sports and skiing whenever she could. As a former high school and college athlete, she has stayed active throughout adulthood. She is also the proud mother of two college-aged sons. Her family has been fortunate to ski all over North America and Europe. Her boys are fast, strong, and love challenging terrain. Sarah's goal is to keep up with them as long as she can.
 
She remembers one trip five years ago when she didn't have the confidence to ski the runs they wanted. After that, she decided to work on her strength and preparation for skiing. Now, Sarah is excited to share her knowledge of strength, conditioning, and mobility with other women who love the mountains. She knows that training, building muscles, and endurance are key for a successful outdoor trip, whether it's skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.
