Range Performance and Range Club Coach
I've spent 10 years working with alpine ski teams as a technical coach and a strength and conditioning coach. I know the ins and outs of mountain living, having worked full-time on snow and balancing my own goals of skiing as much as possible outside of work. I have now adapted my knowledge and experience to work with the modern mountain woman. You know the type, if you're reading this, you probably are the type!
Over the last few years, I started to notice some recurring themes among my friends and clients.
They were exercising a ton but still seeing injuries and not much progress.
What I also saw in the women around me is a lack of confidence to do what they love because they were intimidated. They felt embarrassed that they couldn’t keep up with the group on the climb or the skin track so they just wouldn’t go for it. Or they didn’t feel strong enough to go for one more run, so they called it a day early.
We've all been there...
But what I’ve found with my own fitness is that the number one thing that dissolved those feelings of insecurity was consistency in my training program.
I want that for everyone, because the results that consistency produce, develops confidence you need to go further out there in the mountains.
And that’s what really matters. I don’t want you to miss out on a good adventure. Ever.
As the Founder and Lead coach of Range, I’ve made it my job to show up for my community and lead them.
And so here we are.
I want to help women take care of their training so they can feel like a badass out there.

Mountains and movement are my home, where I feel the most alive and in flow. I worked as a snowboard instructor, chasing back-to-back winters between Japan, New Zealand and Canada for almost a decade.
Riding full-time is certainly a dream, but the injuries and aching joints that come with it are a hard price to pay. Sound familiar? This is how I discovered yoga. The poses, the asanas, were a way for me to slow down, observe what my body needed to heal and get stronger for the mountains. Over the years, my practice has deepened as I studied the benefits of yoga on mindfulness, mental focus and sports performance. I am stoked to share with you how yoga can help you shred longer and better!
