Designed to compliment your lifestyle with efficient workouts accessible from our app or in person. We offer multidisciplinary training, mixing strength, cardio, core, mobility and yoga to build a balanced and functional plan.
About Us
Our team consists of a certified strength coach and certified yoga sport coach. We're both experts in our sports of snowboarding and skiing and build programs for adventurous women like us.
We don't do random classes, we focus on sustainability and accountability with your coaches and your community. Our periodized programs help you progress around the seasons of mountain living so you are always ready for the next adventure.

Hi! I’m Shannon, Founder and Lead coach here at Range.
My number one goal for all my clients is to build their confidence through solid foundations and tools that they learn to apply for themselves.
Living in a mountain town requires a lot of juggling. There's always something going on. That's why I believe we should maintain our bodies to a certain standard so that when the inevitable last minute call to join a hut trip or fill the last spot in the truck headed out to the trails, you have zero hesitation and hop right in!
Our goal isn't to spend more time in the gym, it's to make the most of that time so we can get outside and explore more.
We only have one life, it's too short to pass up an extra pow lap, a sunrise from a mountain top or a great adventure.
