How do I learn to ski over the internet?
We use video modules to break down the technical foundations of skiing. Each module covers one aspect of technical skiing that will come together to put you in a super solid position on your skis. From there you will learn how to apply these concepts to different types of terrain and snow conditions.Â
Along with your modules, we will use video analysis to give you specific feedback on your skiing so you know exactly what to work on and how to change it. Progressing your skiing one step at a time to avoid overwhelm and maximize skill acquisition.

Shannon
 Shannon is the lead coach and creater of this program. She has over a decade worth of experience working with alpine skiers, ranging from U12 up to National Team level athletes.
She has always loved developing strong foundations in her skiers so they can ski anything with confidence due to an unshakable position on skis. This is the basis of the Level Up Your Season Program.
Mollie
Mollie is 6-time Paralympic Alpine Skiing Medalist, including 2-time Paralympic Champion, from the 2018 Pyeongchang and 2022 Beijing Paralympic Games. She is also an avid big mountain skier, creating backcountry short films with her all-girls collective. While traveling the world and competing on the world stage, she has sustained many injuries which led to her passion for injury prevention and strength and conditioning.Â
Mollie combines her unique and specialized understanding of skiing to the gym with a hope of bridging gym training for strength, fitness, flexibility and endurance to confidence while playing in the mountains.
Mollie is new to the workforce, completing her undergraduate degree this year and excited to bring her enthusiastic and energetic perspective to the badass Range Fitness team.
